Vintage Victor Costa skirt set. The black skirt and coordinating vest are trimmed with wide floral ribbon. The vest is worn open style. The skirt has elastic at the back waist and closes via a zipper and hook and eye. Both pieces are acetate. The bottom half of the Victor Costa label is missing, wth!
