Vintage Norma Kamali velvet skirt set: jacket and pencil skirt. The jacket has lightly padded shoulders, single fabric button at waist, and two front pockets. The skirt has a back zipper. Both pieces are fully lined. The jacket has the Norma Kamali designer label while the skirt is unlabeled. Made in USA. No size or fabric label. The black velvet has a burnout design to add a little drama to basic black velvet. Please use the measurements below to know how this may fit your body.
