1970s maxi dress by Jill Richards. She was an actress turned fashion designer in the 1970s who created beautiful designs which are still lovely today. This dreamy dress is a combination of sheer black fabric combined with a pink and green silk floral fabric- accented with pink and green ribbons. It is lined with a black sateen under layer. Voluminous see-through sleeves add loads of drama. Zips up the back. It is in excellent vintage condition. Tagged a size 8. Below are measurements taken with the garment laid flat.
